Are teletubbies promoting homosexuality 0_o?

Today on polish webside onet.pl I read that the spokeswoman of the child's rights, Ewa Sowińska, asked psychologists from her ofice about analysing and confirming if "Teletubbies" are dangerous for children.

Everything becouse Tinky Winky is carrying the female handbag.

Is it me, or Poland went mad?

Oh and if someone don't why is promoting homosexuality such a bad thing in my country... try to find some information about Roman Giertych, he is minister of education in Poland.
